Identified key organizational members for strategic planning processes detailing the areas of responsibility required to initiate the training projects by conducting internal and external environmental scans specific to the training objectives, to include brainstorming techniques that address Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, and trends (SWOTt) identifiers.

Analyzed data from multiple and diverse sources to understand a given performance challenge and draw conclusions for solution strategies by using various types of analysis methodologies (goals, tasks, feasibility, target population, and conceptual analysis) to select the appropriate performance gap or training needs.

Developed feasible plans for resource support services, and management thereof, to facilitate e-learning development and training initiatives with the flexibility targeting military civilian personnel, contractors, troops, and military leadership.
